Returns & right of withdrawal

Due to the nature and limited shelf life of our frozen food products, the statutory right of withdrawal as referred to in Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code does not apply. Pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, this right is excluded for these products.

Orders of our products can therefore not be returned after delivery, even if the products are unopened and still in good condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an order was not delivered correctly. For example, did you receive the wrong product, is the packaging damaged, or did the products not arrive in good condition? Please contact us as soon as possible at voeljegoed@genkigreens.nl. Include your order number and, if possible, photos.

We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable solution where necessary.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
